Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled in the Android edition of Hood Fight: Locked Up (the “Game”), provided by PROANTEC LLC.

Game progress and settings

The Game does not require a PROANTEC account. Progress, preferences and purchase entitlement state are stored locally on your device. The Game does not ask for access to your contacts, photos, microphone or precise device location.

Advertising and privacy choices

The Game uses Google AdMob for rewarded and interstitial advertising and Google’s User Messaging Platform to request applicable consent and privacy choices before requesting ads. Google and its advertising partners may collect and share your IP address and approximate location derived from it; device information and identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID; app interactions such as app launches, taps and video views; diagnostic information such as launch time, hangs and energy use; and consent signals.

These services use information to deliver and measure advertising, provide analytics, and prevent fraud and support security and compliance. Google Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Consent choices affect the ads that may be served; non-personalized or limited ads may still involve data processing.

You can reopen Ad Privacy Choices in the Game’s Settings when available for your region. You can also manage your advertising ID and advertising privacy controls in Android’s system settings; the exact controls vary by device and Android version. Gameplay analytics and crash diagnostics

The Game uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics to understand gameplay and diagnose errors. This includes app launches, tutorial and story progress, fight results, summarized punch and dodge activity, purchase events and entitlement results, device sensor availability, app and device information, app-instance identifiers, and crash or error reports. This information helps us improve gameplay and reliability. We do not include player names, email addresses or account IDs in our custom gameplay events. Sensor diagnostics report which sensor types are available, rather than a continuous stream of motion readings.

Firebase Analytics advertising-ID collection and advertising personalization signals are disabled for this gameplay integration. Advertising services are described separately above. See Firebase privacy information.

Purchases

Google Play processes optional purchases, including Remove Ads and the permanent Survival Mode unlock. PROANTEC LLC does not receive your full payment-card details. Google Play provides the Game with purchase and entitlement information needed to verify, acknowledge and restore your purchase. You can use Settings → Restore Purchases in the Game. Google handles payment and transaction records under its own privacy policy and payment terms.

How information is used and shared

Local information remembers progress and settings and enables purchased features. Advertising information is processed by Google and its advertising partners for the purposes described above. If you contact support, we use the information you provide to respond to your request. Information may also be processed as required for security or legal compliance. PROANTEC LLC does not sell personal information for money.

Retention and your choices

Local game data remains on your device until you clear or delete it. Uninstalling the Game normally removes local app data; device backup settings may preserve a copy. Clearing local data does not cancel or erase a Google Play purchase. Google and its partners retain information under their own policies.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information. Contact admin@proantec.net about information you have provided to PROANTEC LLC. For information controlled by Google, use the privacy controls and request channels described in Google’s Privacy Policy. We cannot directly delete records controlled by Google. Ad privacy controls are described above.

Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to PROANTEC LLC, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their legal safeguards and privacy terms.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Game, service providers or legal requirements. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
