This Privacy Policy explains how PROANTEC LLC collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use Voice Clone X. References to “Voice Clone X,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean PROANTEC LLC and its service providers as applicable. By using Voice Clone X, you agree to the practices described here.

02Information You Provide

We may process account information such as your email address, sign-in provider identifiers, support messages, purchase records, credit balance, and app settings. You may also provide voice recordings, uploaded audio or video, prompts, style instructions, generated audio, and file names when using voice capture and generation features.

03Voice, Audio, and Video Data

Voice recordings, uploaded files, extracted audio, and generated clips may contain biometric, personal, or sensitive information. The app is designed to store saved voice samples and generated clips locally on your device where possible. When generation requires server processing, relevant files and prompts may be transmitted to our service providers solely to provide the requested feature, operate the service, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

04Local Device Storage

Saved voices and generated clips may remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Local files are not guaranteed to be backed up or recoverable. Anyone with access to your unlocked device may be able to access local files through the app or device backup tools.

05Purchases and Credits

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We may receive purchase status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, receipts or purchase tokens, refund or chargeback signals, and related metadata to maintain your credit balance, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with store requirements. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple or Google.

06Automatically Collected Information

We may collect device and usage data such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, region, IP-derived approximate location, crash logs, diagnostics, performance data, feature usage, session events, referral or attribution data, and security signals. This helps us operate, secure, debug, analyze, and improve Voice Clone X.

07Advertising and Tracking

We may use advertising identifiers, device identifiers, cookies or similar technologies, attribution SDKs, analytics tools, crash reporting services, and advertising partners to measure app installs, understand campaigns, prevent ad fraud, personalize or measure advertising, cap frequency, and improve the service. Where required, we will ask for permission before tracking across apps and websites. You can limit ad tracking, reset your advertising ID, or manage tracking permissions in your device settings.

08How We Use Information

We use information to provide voice capture, upload, extraction, generation, local saving, account login, credits, purchases, customer support, security, abuse prevention, analytics, advertising measurement, legal compliance, product improvement, and communications about the service.

09How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help operate the app, including authentication, cloud infrastructure, generation processing, payment validation, analytics, crash reporting, attribution, advertising, and support providers. We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

10Retention

Local files remain on your device until deleted by you or your operating system. Server-side account, credit, purchase, security, and support records may be kept as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our terms. Temporary processing files may be deleted according to operational schedules.

11Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will always remain private, secure, or available.

12Your Choices

You may delete local voices and generated clips in the app where available, uninstall the app, manage app permissions, disable or reset advertising identifiers, and use device privacy controls. You may contact support to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of account information, subject to legal, security, and fraud-prevention limits.

13Children

Voice Clone X is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required in your region. Do not use the app to collect, clone, or generate a child’s voice unless you are legally authorized to do so and the use is lawful. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child without required consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

14International Processing

Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different privacy laws. We use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.

15Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Voice Clone X after the updated policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated practices.
