Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled when you use Hood Fight: Locked Up (the “Game”).

Information processed

The Game does not require a separate PROANTEC account. Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. When you use analytics, crash reporting, advertising, online play, achievements, leaderboards, or purchases, the platform providers described below may process information needed to provide those features.

Gameplay analytics and diagnostics

The Game uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics to understand feature use and improve reliability. These services may process an app-installation identifier, IP-derived approximate location, device and operating-system information, app version, session activity, crash reports, performance and diagnostic information, and gameplay interaction events such as tutorial progress, selected modes, Story chapter progress, fight results, character and arena choices, and aggregated combat actions.

PROANTEC does not send your Game Center player identifier, Game Center display name, email address, or the content of personal communications to Firebase Analytics. Combat behavior is sent as summarized counts rather than a replay of every input. Analytics is configured without IDFA collection capability and with advertising-personalization signals disabled. Firebase data is used for analytics, app functionality, and diagnosing problems, not to contact individual players. For more information, see Privacy and Security in Firebase.

Advertising and consent

The Game uses Google AdMob to provide rewarded and interstitial advertising. Depending on your region and choices, Google and its advertising partners may process device information, IP address, advertising identifiers, approximate location, consent signals, and information about ad requests, impressions, interactions, and diagnostics. The Game uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request and store applicable privacy choices before requesting ads.

You may reopen Privacy Choices from the Game’s main menu whenever that option is required for your region. You can also control tracking permission through iOS Settings. For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from partner apps.

Apple services

The Game uses Apple Game Center for authentication, online matches, invitations, achievements, leaderboards, ratings, and related multiplayer features. Apple may process your Game Center identity, gameplay activity, and technical information under Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple. PROANTEC LLC does not receive your full payment-card details. Apple provides the Game with transaction and entitlement information needed to complete and restore purchases.

How information is used

• Provide gameplay, online matches, purchases, and advertising.
• Remember progress, settings, consent choices, and purchased entitlements.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud, diagnose failures, and comply with law.
• Understand tutorial completion, mode use, game progression, combat balance, retention, and technical performance.
• Measure and improve advertising performance where permitted.

Sharing

Information is shared only as needed with service providers such as Google and Apple, when you direct the sharing through online features, or when required for security or legal compliance. PROANTEC LLC does not sell personal information for money.

Retention and choices

Local game data remains on your device until you reset or delete it or uninstall the Game. Google and Apple retain information according to their own policies. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing. Advertising and tracking choices can be managed through the Game’s Privacy Choices control and iOS Settings.

Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to PROANTEC LLC, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their legal safeguards and privacy terms.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Game, service providers, or legal requirements. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
