Terms of Service

Effective: August 10, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Hood Fight: Locked Up, including its software, online features, content, updates, and related services (collectively, the “Game”). The Game is provided by PROANTEC LLC (“PROANTEC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. The Game is not directed to children under 13.

License and ownership

Subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules, PROANTEC grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The Game is licensed, not sold. PROANTEC and its licensors retain all rights in the Game, including its code, characters, artwork, audio, story, names, designs, and other content.

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, publicly perform, exploit, reverse engineer, bypass security, interfere with operation, extract assets, create unauthorized derivative works, or use the Game to develop or train another product, except to the limited extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law or allowed by an applicable open-source license.

For downloads through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the license for the app. These Terms govern PROANTEC’s Game services and conduct rules. If the two conflict specifically about the app license, Apple’s Standard EULA controls to that extent.

Acceptable use and online play

You agree not to cheat; automate gameplay; manipulate matches, rankings, purchases, rewards, or telemetry; exploit bugs; disrupt networks or other players; impersonate another person; attempt unauthorized access; or use the Game unlawfully. Online matchmaking depends on platform accounts, connectivity, compatible versions, and player availability. We may investigate abuse and restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect players, the Game, or our rights.

Game availability, changes, and updates

We may maintain, patch, balance, update, add, modify, suspend, or discontinue Game content or features. Updates may be delivered through the app store or through the Game’s signed content-update system. Online services may be interrupted and are not guaranteed to remain available. We will not intentionally remove a paid entitlement without providing the remedy required by applicable law or platform rules.

Advertising, rewards, and purchases

The Game may display rewarded and interstitial advertising provided by Google AdMob and its advertising partners. Ad availability and content depend on factors outside PROANTEC’s control. A reward is granted only after the Game receives a valid completion result. Attempting to manipulate ad completion or rewards is prohibited.

Optional purchases, including removal of advertising, are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Prices and taxes are shown by the App Store before purchase. PROANTEC does not receive your full payment-card details. Refunds are handled as required by applicable law and Apple’s rules. The Game provides a Restore Purchases control for restorable entitlements. Removing ads does not remove platform messages, privacy notices, or non-advertising third-party content.

Privacy and data

Our Privacy Policy explains how the Game and its providers process information. Depending on the features you use, this may include local progress and settings; gameplay analytics; device, app, performance, and crash information; ad requests, impressions, interactions, identifiers, approximate location, and consent signals; Game Center identity and gameplay activity used by Apple; online-match information; and purchase entitlement data.

Google and Apple process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Where required, the Game presents consent or privacy choices before requesting ads. You can reopen applicable Ad Privacy Choices from Options and can use controls provided by iOS. Your use of the Game does not waive privacy rights that cannot legally be waived.

Third-party services

The Game may use or link to Apple Game Center, the App Store, Google AdMob, Firebase, websites, networks, and other third-party services. Their availability and content are controlled by their providers, and your use of them is subject to their terms. You must comply with applicable third-party agreements, including your platform and network-service terms. PROANTEC is not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by law.

Health and safety

The Game depicts fictional combat for entertainment. It is not boxing, fitness, medical, legal, or safety instruction. Do not imitate dangerous conduct. Use your device in a safe environment, take breaks, and stop if you experience discomfort, dizziness, disorientation, repetitive-strain symptoms, or other adverse effects.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or preservation of local progress. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PROANTEC and its owners, personnel, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, progress, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the Game. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PROANTEC’s aggregate liability arising from the Game will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid PROANTEC for the Game during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $50. These limits do not apply where prohibited, including to liability that cannot legally be limited.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PROANTEC and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and licensors from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Game, your material breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights. This section does not require indemnification for PROANTEC’s own unlawful conduct and does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using and uninstall the Game at any time. PROANTEC may suspend or terminate access to online features if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse the Game. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will survive.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws applicable to PROANTEC LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Claims may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction over the parties and dispute. If you are a consumer, this section does not deprive you of mandatory protections or a forum available under the law where you live. Before filing a claim, please contact us and allow 30 days for an informal resolution, unless delay would prejudice a legal right.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Game, providers, or law. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date and provide any additional notice or consent required by law. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where law requires another form of agreement.

General

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable platform terms form the agreement concerning your use of the Game. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; PROANTEC may transfer them as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of the Game or business, subject to applicable law.
