Website Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of proantec.net and related website pages operated by PROANTEC LLC (“PROANTEC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the homepage, support pages, legal pages, and embedded previews on this site (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Individual products have their own terms. Hood Fight: Locked Up is governed by the Hood Fight Terms of Service and Hood Fight Privacy Policy. Other works may have additional rules shown in the work itself.

The Site

The Site is a portfolio and contact presence. It may include videos, images, playable prototypes, downloadable materials, and links to app stores or other domains we operate. Content is provided for information and demonstration. It is not an offer of employment, investment, or professional advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attack, scrape in an abusive way, overload, or attempt to break the Site;
• bypass access controls or interfere with other visitors;
• use the Site to send spam, malware, or unlawful content;
• misrepresent your identity when contacting us;
• copy, sell, or redistribute Site materials except as allowed below or by mandatory law.

Intellectual property

Unless we say otherwise, the Site and its text, design, logos, videos, games, and other materials are owned by PROANTEC or its licensors. You may view them for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, frame, resell, or train a model on Site materials without permission, except for brief fair-use quotation or other uses the law already allows.

Names such as PROANTEC, Hood Fight, and related marks are ours. Other marks on the Site belong to their owners and are used for identification.

Embedded services, cookies, and ads

The Site may set cookies and may load third-party content, including video hosts and advertising or analytics partners. Those parties can collect data and show ads as described in the Website Privacy Policy. Your browser controls, industry opt-outs, and device privacy settings are the primary way to limit cookies and ad tracking on the Site.

Playable and preview content

Browser games and video previews are provided “as is.” They may contain flashing images, loud audio, or fictional violence. Use headphones and volume carefully. Playable prototypes may change or go offline without notice and are not a promise of a finished commercial product unless a store listing or contract says otherwise.

Contact and user messages

If you email us, you grant PROANTEC a non-exclusive right to use that message to respond and to operate our business. Do not send confidential ideas you want us to treat as secret unless we have a separate written agreement.

Third-party links

Links to app stores, YouTube, ayt.one, social networks, or other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or terms.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PROANTEC and its owners, personnel, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from the Site. Our aggregate liability for the Site will not exceed US $50, except where the law forbids that limit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Suspension

We may change, suspend, or stop any part of the Site, or block access that appears abusive or unlawful.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws applicable to PROANTEC LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Consumers keep any mandatory protections of the place they live. Please contact us and allow 30 days to try to resolve a dispute informally before filing a claim, unless delay would prejudice a legal right.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date identifies the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms, except where law requires another form of agreement.

General

These Terms and the Website Privacy Policy are the agreement for the Site. Product-specific terms still apply to those products. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
